                                         DECLARATION

This is to declare that Plot No. 45, 46, 47 and 50, cut No. 347/7, Satata, Taluka and District
Aurangabad - 431002 is absolutely owned by Mr. Deepak Gangadhar Aher and Plot No. 48 and 49,
Gut No. 347/1, Satara, Taluka and District Aurangabad - 431002 is absolutely owned by Mr. Prakash
Gangadhar Aher. There is no encroachmenl lean, charge or mortgage created on it. The land is
absolutely free from all encumbrances.


Mr. Deepak cangadhar Aher and Mr. Prakash Gangadhar Aher had amalgamated the above
mentioned plots with approval from Aurangabad Municipal Corporation dated 23.02.2021.
Thereafter, Mr. Deepak Gangadhar Aher and Mr. Prakash Gangadhar Aher entered into
development agreements with M/s VA Developers, through its Partners Mr. Rahul Baswant
Nandgawali and Mr. Vishal Rajaram Jadhav for the development of above mentioned land for the
project "ARYAN Hll-1S".
