A.   Name of the Promoter: Mr. Jyot Niranjan Jadhav

1.   Name of the project LA MAISON 18/34 with AT Plot No. 18, 18-A to 34, 34-A, N-3 CIDCO,
     Survey No 12, Village Garkheda, Tq. & Dist. Aurangabad.

2.   We are aware that as per section 4 [2] (c & d) of RERA Act, 2016, read with Rules & Regulations
     made there under, an authenticated copy of approvals and commencement certificate,
     sanctioned plan and layout required to be obtained from the planning authority/ competent
     authority.

3.   Accordingly, we have obtained Building Permission / layout approval from Aurangabad
     Municipal Corporation (Planning Authority) on 29.09.2022 for 3 Basement Floors, 1 Ground
     Floor, Floor No.1, 2 and 3 in One Building on Plot No. 18, 18A, 34 and 34A, CIDCO N 3,
     Aurangabad. Vide Permit No. DDMCB/RB/2022/APL/00090 Ref: Building Permission No.
     117/2022-23.

4.   Also, the commencement certificate/building plans are approved by Aurangabad Municipal
     Corporation Aurangabad (Planning Authority/Competent Authority) on 29.09.2022. Further,
     Commencement certificate is granted up to LOWER 3 FLOORS, Ground + 3 Habitable Floors
     AND further the project will be commenced till 8 floors.
