Subject-Urgent: Project visible in all tabs but not appearing in Project Extension tab –

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am the Promoter of the below mentioned MahaRERA registered project.

Project Expiry Date: 25 December 2025

I wish to submit an application for Project Extension under Section 6 of the RERA Act.

However, after logging into the MahaRERA portal, I observe that the project is clearly
reflecting under all other tabs (My Projects, Quarterly Updates, Forms, etc.), but the
same project is not appearing under the “Project Extension” tab, despite the expiry date
being very close.

This appears to be a technical / system issue, and not attributable to the promoter.

I am fully willing and prepared to submit the extension application along with requisite
documents and fees before the expiry date.

I kindly request your urgent intervention to enable the Project Extension option or to guide
me on the alternative procedure so that compliance can be completed within time.

DELAY JUSTIFICATION NOTE (Extension Reason)

The promoter hereby submits this application for extension of project registration under
Section 6 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.

The project could not be completed within the originally declared timeline due to
circumstances beyond the control of the promoter, including but not limited to:

   1. Delay in construction activities due to labor availability constraints.
   2. Increase in cost and irregular supply of construction materials affecting work
      continuity.
   3. Compliance-related procedural timelines and approvals causing unavoidable delay.

The promoter has acted in good faith and has continuously carried out development work on
the project. The project is active, ongoing, and all statutory compliances under MahaRERA
are being regularly updated.

The promoter hereby undertakes to complete the remaining construction and obtain
completion within the extended period and to comply with all provisions of the RERA Act
and rules thereunder.

Due to repeated technical issues wherein emails sent to the official MahaRERA email IDs are
not delivered and show “Mail Not Sent / Delivery Failed” status, we are submitting the
required information and updates directly through the MahaRERA portal to ensure timely
compliance.

Hence, the promoter humbly requests the Authority to grant extension of project registration
in the interest of justice and homebuyers.
