The Schedule of ltems & Quantity required for the entire work as calculated by Mr. Deepak Mishra Quantity Surveyor* appointed by the Developer/Engineer, the assumption of the cost of material, labour & other inputs made by the Developer, and the Site Inspection canied out by us to ascertain / confirm the above analysis given to us. We estimate Total Estimated Cost of completion of the aforesaid Project mentioned under reference at Rs. 24,80,00,000/- (Total of Table A & B) at the time of Registration. The estimated Total Cost of Project is with reference to the Civil, MEP & Allied Works completion of the apartments & proportionate completion of internal & extemal works, as per the specifications mentioned in the Agreement of Sale & for the purpose of obtaining occupation Certificate / Completion Certificate for the Building(s) / Wing(s) I Layout I Plofted Development from the CIDCO being the Planning Authority under whose jurisdiction the aforesaid ProJect is being implemented. 4. The Estimated Cost incuned till date is calculates to Rs. 1860 Lakh ffotal of Table A & B). The Amount of Estimated Cost Incuned is calculated on the basis of input materials / services used & unit cost of these items. The Balance Cost of completion of the Civil, MEP & Allied Works for completion of Apartments & proportionate completion of intemal & extemal works, as per specifications mentioned in Er. (") Quantity Survey can be done by the office of Engineer or can be done by an independent .Quantity Surveyor, who's Certificate of Quantity Calculated, can be relied up on by Engineer. In case of independent quantity surveyor being appointed by Developer, the name has to be mentioned at the place marked (") & in case quantity are being calculated by office of Engineer, the name of person in the offce of Engineer, who is responsible for the quantity calculated should be mentioned at the place marked (.). ("*) Balance Cost to be incuned (4) may vary from difference between Total Estimated Cost (1) & actual Cost incuned (2) due to deviation in quantity required / escalation of cost etc. As this is an Estimated Cost any deviation quantity required for the Development of Real Estate Project will result in an amendment of the cost incuned / to be incuned. 4.
