          CERIFICATE OF DEVIATION REPORT WITH RESPECT TO ALLOTMENT LETTER


I, the under signed, Mr. Devendra A. Deshpande, Authorized Signatory of, M/s. Shree
Hinglajmata Constructions hereby declare and certify that I possess exclusive development
rights of the property situated at Plot No.138, Sector N-4, Sector No. 15, CIDCO, Aurangabad,
District: Aurangabad on which our housing project name and styled as ‘ Gursahani Twin
Apartment’ is going on. We have already obtained all the necessary sanctions from competent
authorities. In this project we will construct total 49 Units [Type of Property – Shops, Offices &
Flats] only.
I further declare and confirm that there is no deviation with respect to Allotment Letter & that
all the Allotment Letter shall be issued according to the Model Copy of Allotment Letter.
I, Mr. Devendra A. Deshpande, Authorized Signatory of M/s. Shree Hinglajmata Constructions
duly authorized by M/s. Shree Hinglajmata Constructions as Authorized Signatory for the
project and we do hereby solemnly declare, that there is no deviation in our allotment letter as
compared to the model allotment letter.
This declaration is issued for Registration under MahaRera Act, 2016.
