Subject: Reply to the queries raised regarding the Bank Account change Application
of Trishul Constructions having registration number No. P51500048055- with
Project name "Tridal-B"


Respected Sir,
We are writing in reference to the queries raised by Scrutiny Desk-II regarding our
application for change of bank account in relation to our project “Tridal-B”
(MahaRERA Registration No. P51500048055).


At the outset, we would like to express our sincere appreciation for the scrutiny
process being undertaken to uphold compliance, transparency, and accountability
under MahaRERA. We fully acknowledge the importance of providing complete and
accurate information and reiterate our commitment to adhering to all prescribed
regulations and procedures.


In this regard, we respectfully submit that we have already provided the requisite
information and documents as per the directions issued. However, we observe
that the matter remains unresolved. Through this letter, we once again address
all concerns raised and are resubmitting the necessary supporting documents for
your kind perusal and further action.
Query No. 1: Self-declaration on promotor letter head explaining the rationale for
change/transfer of the separate designated bank account from one schedule bank
/ branch to another;


Reply: We have re-uploaded the Self declaration on out letterhead explaining the
reason for change in bank account as Annexure A in the appropriate document
upload tab


Query No 2: Duly Notarized Declaration-Cum Undertaking as per the format
prescribed in 'A' annexed hereto;


Reply: The Notarized declaration in format A, has been re- uploaded as Annexure
B in the appropriate document upload tab


Query No 3: Latest Chartered Accountant certified Form 3;


Reply: We have already uploaded at the QPRs till the last quarter, the from 3 has
been re-uploaded as Annexure C in the appropriate document upload tab


Query No 4: Declaration in Format 'A' as per Order No; 34 of 2022 dated
27;07;20222 issued by MahaRERA;


Reply: Declaration in Format 'A' as per Order No; 34 of 2022 has been re- uploaded
as Annexure D in the appropriate document upload tab
Query No 5: Upload Following Mandatory compliance; 1) Form-1,2 Form-3 & 5,
Form -2A; as per GOM notification dt; 22;12;2021;


Reply: We have already uploaded the mandatory compliances, the same are re-
uploaded as Annexure E in the appropriate document upload tab


Query No 6: Re-endorsed / Revalidated commencement certificate;


Reply: We have re- uploaded our commencement certificate as Annexure F in the
appropriate document upload tab


Query No 7: Kindly update All project details such as sold/unsold units, Task and
activity etc;;


Reply: Declaration on the letterhead regarding sold/unsold inventory has been
uploaded as Annexure G in the appropriate document upload tab


In conclusion, we once again earnestly urge your good office to kindly consider our
submission and expedite the clearance of the Correction Status, thereby enabling
the necessary change in the designated bank account linked to our project “Tridal-
B” (MahaRERA Registration No. P51500048055). The prolonged pendency of this
correction has become a critical bottleneck in our compliance journey,
particularly in relation to the ongoing transition to the new MahaRERA portal.


Despite our repeated attempts and consistent follow-ups over an extended period,
we have not been able to proceed further with essential updates and statutory
filings due to the unresolved status of this application.
Moreover, we would like to respectfully submit that we are in the process of
preparing and filing an application for extension of the project’s registration in
accordance with the applicable MahaRERA norms. However, due to the technical
and procedural constraints arising from the pending correction and the associated
inability to update our project details on the new portal, we are currently unable
to complete and submit the said extension application. This is causing severe
administrative and compliance difficulties, and may potentially lead to
unintentional lapses in future statutory timelines.
We trust that your esteemed office will take into consideration the genuine
hardships faced by us in this regard, and favourably initiate necessary action to
resolve the matter at the earliest. We remain committed to full compliance and to
the successful completion and delivery of our project within the regulatory
framework.
We trust that all necessary requirements have been duly complied with, and we
sincerely request your prompt action in the matter to enable us to continue our
project operations smoothly.
