        CERIFICATEOF DEVIATION REPORTWITH RESPECTTO MODEL COPYOF AGREEMENT



I, the under signed, Mr. Nageshwar Kunjar, Authorized Signatory of, MIs. Trishul Constructions
hereby declare and certify that I possess exclusive development rights of the property situated at
Plot Nos. 58, 59, 60 & 61 Naralibag, Taluka Aurangabad, District Aurangabad on which our
housing project name and styled as 'Trldal-ll Apartment'    is going on. We have already obtained
all the necessary sanctions from competent authorities. In this project we will construct total 20
uUnits [Type of Property - Flats] only.

I further declare and confirm that I have not taken any Project loan or Mortgage Loan from any
financial institution or bank and our property is free from all types of encumbrances.

I Mr. Nageshwar Kunjar, Authorized Signatory of M/s. Trishul Constructions duly authorized by
M/s. Trishul Constructions as Authorized Signatory for the project and we do hereby solemnly
declare, that there is no deviation in Agreement to Sale as compared to the model Agreement to
Sale.

This declaration is issued for Registration under MahaRera Act, 2016.
