           CERIFICATEOF DEVIATION REPORTWITH RESPECTTO ALLOTMENT LETTER



I, the under signed, Mr. Nageshwar Kunjar, Authorized Signatory of, MIs. Trishul Constructions
hereby declare and certify that I possess exclusive development rights of the property situated at
Plot No. 58, 59, 60 & 61 Naralibag, Taluka Aurangabad, District Aurangabad on which our
housing project name and styled as 'Tridal-ll Apartment'     is going on. We have already obtained
all the necessary sanctions from competent authorities. In this project we will construct total 20
Units [Type of Property - Flats] only.

I further declare and confirm that there is no deviation with respect to Allotment      Letter & that
all the Allotment   Letter shall be issued according to the Model C~py of Allotment   Letter.

I, Mr. Nageshwar Kunjar, Authorized Signatory of MIs. Trishul Constructions duly authorized by
MIs. Trishul Constructions as Authorized Signatory for the project and we do hereby solemnly
declare, that there is no deviation in our allotment letter as compared to the model allotment
letter.

This declaration is issued for Registration under MahaRera Act, 2016.
