       Regulations made there under, a authenticated copy of approvals and
        commencement certificate, sanctioned plan and layout required to be obtained from
        the planning authority/ competent authority
    2. Accordingly, we have obtained Building Permission / layout approval from
        Maharashtra lndustrial Development Corporation Aurangabad (Planning Authority)
        on 29rH September 2022. For Commercial Building vide Ref Commencement
        Certificate No D-25965 dated 2910912022.
    3. Also, the commencement certificate/building plans are approved by Maharashtra
        lndustrial Development Corporation Aurangabad (Planning Authority I Competent
        Authority) on 2910912022. Further, Commencement Certificate is granted for
        Commercial Buildirrg with G+2 habitable floors, proposed commercial shops,
