AEFFS5249Q ) having its office at Plot No. 01, Shop No. 04, Bhagatsingh Nagar Road,
Sahuji Sankul, Aurangabad - 431008, are hereby declare and certify that, we are the
absolute owners and possessors of property viz. All that piece and parcel of with area of
1454.785 sq.mtrs., within the village limits of Aurangabad Mahanagarpalika Aurangabad
(Nagar Rachna Vibhag), Permission No. 23/2022-23 on which our Residential Project known
as PARGAONKAR NAGAR - 01 is being Developing. We have already obtained all the necessary
sanctions from competent authorities on the said project which we are developing.


We further declare that, there is no encumbrances or charge etc on the said land on which
we are doing project. The said property is free from all Legal encumbrances.
