   Terms &Conditions

   1. The payment shall be made by the "Purchascr" to "Owner / Scller
   Vendor" as per below mentioned Payment Schedule. In case of the delay /
   failure in making the payment within 15 days from the date of intimation /
   due date, this allotment letter would stand cancelled and the amount paid
   towards booking shall be refunded after deducting necessary charges and
   taxes paid to the Government ( as the case may be
                                                     ).
             I.         10% Booking Amount
             II.        10%        At the time of Agreement to Sale.
             II.        20%        At The Time of Plinth Level
             IV.        25%        At The Time of First Slab
             V.         20%        At The Time of Brick Work.
             VI.        10%        At The Time of Flooring
             VII.       5%         At The Time of Handing Over of Possession


  2. Parking available under the building shall be un-allotted (Common for All
  the Resident of the Apartment / Building

  3. This allotment letter does not create or gives right of ownership to
  customers on the above mentioned Row House.

  4. This Allotment letter would be superseded by the registered Agreement to
  Sale.

  5. Possession would be given only after receipt of the FULL AND FINAL
  PAYMENT from the purchaser.

  6. The terms and condition of the booking of the Row House are defined as
  per Agreement To Sale and would be binding to the purchaser.
