     1. The
                    payment shall be made by the "Purchaser" to
    Vendor" as per below mentioned                             "Owner/ Seller
    failure in making the
                                        Payment   Schedule. In case of the delay /
                          payment within 15 days from the date of intimation
    due date, this allotment
                             letter would stand cancelled and the
                                                                                 /
    towards booking shall be refunded                                amount   paid
                                           after deducting
    taxes paid to the Government                           necessary  charges  and
                                   ( as the case may be ).

  6. The terms and condition of the
