1. We are aware that as per section a[2] (c A 4 of RERA act, 2016, read with Rules & Regulations made there under an
aulhenticaled copy of approvals and con]mencement certillcate, sanctioned plan and layout are required to be obtained from
the Planning Authority / Competent Authority.

2. We have obtained layout approval from AMRDA (Planning authority) on 1611112021 (Date), for 5 Buildings (49 Row
Houses).

3. Also, the commencement certificate/Building plans are approved by AMRDA (Planning authority/ Competent Authority)
on 1611112021 (Date). Further, commencemenl c€rtificate is granted up to FSI Full Habitable / Floors. (Out of approved total
two Floors (Provide table if there are more than one building)




4 Further, commencement certificate/ approvals, as and when approved will he uploaded under document section of this
project immediately.
