            B. Name of the project with CS/CTS/serve no. 691, Plot no. 21,Nadanvanan
      Colony, Jaysingpura, Tq. Dist. Aurangabad.
             1. We are aware that as per section 4(2)(c & d)of RERA act,2016,read with
      rules & regulations made there under , a authenticated copy of approvals and
      commencements certificate ,sanction plan and layout are required to be obtained
      from the planning authority/ Competent Authority.
             2.Accordingly , we have obtained layout approval from Metro Politon
      Planner Aurangabad. Metro Politon Regional Development Authority(planning
      authority) on 27/04/2022 for besement to Fifth floor permission only for building
      plan.
              3. Also,tha commencements certificate plots plans are approved by Metro
      Politon Planner Aurangabad. Metro Politon Regional Development Authority
      (Planning Authority) on 27/04/2022.
             Further, commencement certificate is for construction is not applicable
      here .Because of only Building construction here. Hence this is not applicable this
      para here.
             4.Further ,commencement certificate /approvals,as and when approved
      will be uploaded under document sanctionof this project immediately.
              (Approved and valid commencement certificate and sanctioned plans are
      uploaded under appropriate fields)
