    Respected Sir/Madam,
      With reference to the queries raised by
                                              MahaRERA after uploading the Occupation Certificate
    (0C) on the portal, we would like to submit the
                                                    following clarification and compliance details:
    Verification of O.C.
     As per MahaRERA Order No. 45 of 2023
                                          dated 15.05.2023 and the Urban Development
   Department's Resolution dated 23.02.2023, we have
                                                       requested the Local Planning Authority
   (DDTP Municipal Corporation, Chhatrapati
                                             Sambhajinagar) to send the verification email
   directly to MahaRERA on the designated email ID:     mahareracc.aurangabad@gmail.com, as
   required for the purpose of verification. And the
                                                       same has been sent by corporation to
   MahaRERA.
   Update of Building Details
   We have duly updated the details of the building,
                                                     including
   Built-Up Area (BUA), in the Project Update Tab under the sanctioned floors, total units, and
   the MahaRERA online portal.                               Technical - Building Details section on

   Upload of OC Plan
   The Occupation Certificate plan has been uploaded under
                                                            the Technical Section > Other
   Documents in the Project Update Tab. Additionally, for your
   of the OC plan is also enclosed herewith as Annexure        convenience and reference, a copy
