          that as per section 4[2] (c & d) of RERA act, 2016, read with Rules & Regulations
          made there under, a authenticated copy of approvals and commencement certlficate,
          sanctioned plan and layout are required to be obtained from the Planning Authority /
          Competent Authority.
          2. We have obtained layout approval from Town Planner, Town Planning
          Department, Muncipal Corporation, Aurangabad Vide Permit No 355 I 21-22 Dated
          29.07.2021 (Planning authority) and on 29.07.2021 we got Commencement
          Certificate from Aurangabad Muncipal Corporation for entire Building.
          3. Also, thc eommcRecmeRt cenificate / Building plans are approved by Aufangabad
          Muncipal Corporation (Planning authority/ Competent Authority) on 29.07.2021.
          Further, commencement certificate is granted up to Fourth Floors (G plus
          Four). (The approval is for four floors i.e. for entire building and not in part)
          4. Further, commencement certificate/ approvals, as and when approved will be
          uploaded under document section of this p@ect immediately,
          (Approved and valid commencement certificates and sanctioned plans are uploaded
          under appropriate fields)
