I/We have obtained all necessary information and explanation from the Company, during the course of our audit, which in my/our opinion are necessary for the purpose of this certificate. 3. I/We hereby confirm that I/We have examined the prescribed registers, books and documents, and the relevant records of Lakshyavinayak Developers for the period ended 31-March-2020 and hereby certify that: i. Lakshyavinayak Developers have completed --- % of the project titled “Gurucharan Heritage” Maha RERA Regn. No. P51500018829 located at Gut No 167/2 Harsool Aurangabad ii. Amount collected during the year i.e. from 1st April 2021 to 31st March 2022 for this project is Rs. 94,16,000.00 and amounts collected till date i.e. till 31st March 2022 is Rs.1,21,16,000.00 iii. Amount withdrawn during the year i.e. from 1st April 2021 to 31st March 2022 for this project is Rs. 94,16,000.00 and amount withdrawn till date i.e. 31-3-2022 is Rs 1,21,16,000.00 4. I/We certify that the Lakshyavinayak Developers has utilized the amounts collected for “Gurucharan Heritage” project only for that project and the withdrawal from the designated bank account(s) of the said project has been in accordance with the proportion to the percentage of completion of the project.
