    commencement certificate, sanctioned plan and layout are required to be obtained
    from the Planning Authority / Competent Authority.

    2. we have obtained layout approvalfrom Aurangabad Metropolitan Region
    Development Authority,Aurangabad (Planning authority) on 26/0412021(Date). Fol
    01 to 95 Row House/ PloU Building /Floors.

    3. Also, the commencement certificate/Building plans are approved by Aurangabad
    Metropolitan Region Development Authority,Aurangabad (Planning authority/
    Competent Authority) on 2610412021 (Date). Further, commencement certificate is
    granted up to plinth/ with FSI)/ 95 Habitable / Floors, (Out of approved total 95
    Habitable/Floors.

    4. Further, commencement certlficate/ approvals, as and when approved will he
    uploaded under document section of this project immediately,

    under appropriate fields)
