       Aurangabad, District Aurangabad.

       1. We are aware that as per section 4[2J (c & d) of RERA Act, 2016,
           read with Rules & Regulations made there under, a authenticated
          copy of approvals and commencement certificate, sanctioned plan
          and layout are required to be obtained from the Planning Authority 1
          Competent Authority.
      2. Accordingly, we have obtained layout plan approval from Assistant
          Director of Town Planning, Aurangabad Municipal Corporation
          (Planning Authority) on 2411212020 for Gut No.36 & 37(part) for
          Plotting on Plot Nos.Ol to 28 and housing plan approval from Town
          Planning Department, Municipal Corporation, Aurangabad (Planning
         Authority) on 18/03/202 I for housing on Plot Nos.09 to 13 out of the
         above Plots.
      3. Also, the commencement certificatelBuilding plans are approved by
         Aurangabad Municipal Corporation (Planning/Competent Authority)
         on 18/03/2021.Further, commencement certificate is granted upto
         Ground Floor +1 Floor and Ground Floor + 2 Floors for all row houses.
