        we have obtained RERA registration of our project "Parvati Enclave", Gut
         No.26/1., Situated at Himayat Nagar, Aurangabad at Aurangabad (M'Corp') vide
        Registration No. P515OOO29599. In this regard presently the construction of
        the project is completed, and we have obtained occupancy Certificate from
        Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar Municipal Corporation Vide No' AMC/NRV/
        oc/28/17/2023-24 Dated. 09/05/2023. For this proiect we are following
        Apartment Ownership Act 1,970 and accordingly we have executed Conveyance
        DeeL1 for each unit separately aiong with propoltionate share of loan.
                                                                                  Hence,

        entire land is conveyance in favour o{ customer and there is no land remained for
         conveyance, aceordingly the name of the customer is recorded in Property
         Registration Card.


         Hence we hereby declare that we have executed conveyance for entire land

         favour of customer.
