Mt situated at Kancha'wadi, Aurangabad and therefore deposited requisite fees vide challan dtd.rr/rr .2oLg issued by Govt. of Maharashtra. 2) That, in my inspection I found that the Iand Gut No.l4, adm- arrea 07 H 66 R to the extent of 262s6.7T sq. meters was previousl5r owned & possessed by ttre Mr. Namdeo Gopaji Klradke- He obtained N.A.order from collector Aurangabad uls.44 of M.L.R.C- on Office : G-14, Anand plaza Complex, Below Fitness Shop, Kalda corner Road, Aurangabad - 43'r 005. (M,s,) Mob.: g4237262gg, g0115 rc lOS lI994 in respect of said land. Also Aurangabad Municipal Corporation has sanctioned lay out on L4/06/2002. 3) That, in my inspection I found that the Sambahji Ramkrishna Atkare & Shree Hari Developers thrugh Milind Shree Ram patil was the owner of plot No.g7 & gg, Land Gut No. 14/part, adm. 555.75 Sq. Mt situated at Kanchanwadi, Aurangabad. 4) That, in my search & inspection I found that the sambatrji Ramkrishna Atkare & shree Hari Developers thrugh Milind shree Ram Patil was the owner of plot No.g7 & gg, Land Gut No.14 lpar|, adm' 555.75 sq' Mt situated at Kanchanwadi, Aura'gabad transferred the said propert5r in favour of shree Balasaheb Annasaheb Pathare & Sow Surekrra Balasaheb pathare by way of execution of Registered sale Deed bearing day book no-JSTT l2oog dated o8/Lo/2o08. on t1.e basis of said registered sale deed the name of shree Batasaheb Annasatreb Fathare & sow sueha Balasaheb Pathare mutated in revenue reoord by uray of mutation entry no.1095. s) That, in my search & inspection I found that the Shee Balasaheb Annasaheb Pathare & sow surekha Balasaheb Fathare transferred the said property in favour of shree Jitnedrakumar satishchandra Gupta by way of execution of Registered sale Deed bearing day book no.6o94 /2oLo dated 06 /o9 /2010 which is bounded as under.
