Walekar of the project titled “Shubhankur” for the period from 1-April- 2020 to 31-March-2021 with respect to
Maha RERA Regn. Number P51500027613


1. This certificate is issued in accordance with the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development)
Act, 2016 read along with the Maharashtra Real Estate (Regulation and Development)(Registration of Real Estate
Projects, Registration of Real Estate Agents, Rates of Interest and Disclosures on Website) Rules, 2017.
2. I/We have obtained all necessary information and explanation from the Company, during the course of our
audit, which in my/our opinion are necessary for the purpose of this certificate.
3. I/We hereby confirm that I/We have examined the prescribed registers, books and documents, and the relevant
records of Umesh Bhujangappa Walekar for the period ended 31-March-2021 and hereby certify that:
i. Umesh Bhujangappa Walekar have completed --- % of the project titled “Shubhankur” Maha RERA Regn.
No. P51500027613 located at Plot no 95, gut no 219, Aaghur, Tal Vaijapur
ii. Amount collected during the year i.e. from 1st April 2020 to 31st March 2021 for this project is         Rs.
1050000 and amounts collected till date i.e. till 31st March 2021 is Rs.1050000
iii. Amount withdrawn during the year i.e. from 1st April 2020 to 31st March 2021 for this project is        Rs.
1050000 and amount withdrawn till date i.e. 31-3-2021 is Rs 1050000
4. I/We certify that the Umesh Bhujangappa Walekar has utilized the amounts collected for “Shubhankur”
project only for that project and the withdrawal from the designated bank account(s) of the said project has been
in accordance with the proportion to the percentage of completion of the project.

1 Base which has been taken for commencement date of the project is the commencement certificate.

2 Architects Certificate has been considered as Basis for percentage completion of said project

3 Details Regarding Receipts & Withdrawal of funds has been taken on the basis of information and explanation
provided by the management. Receipts taken as net of cancellation if any during the year.

4. Any receipts received other than designated account was as below,
