            Dear Sir,

            With reference to above mentioned subject and as per your above referred letter. you
            have informed that, the peripheral physical infrastructure works like Cement Concrete
            roads, water supply lines, Sewer lines, Open space development work etc. in Gut No
            172 (PtL). Vilage- Sawangi Tq. & Dist. Aurangabad has been completed by you as per
            approved Final layout permission.
            The above works are carried out under the supervision of Consulting Engineer Mr.
            Mohammed Ismail, who has certified the work. The site has been inspected and facts
            are verified physically, hence certified. Kindly note that the responsibility of maintaining
            these senvices in good and working condition rest with you.

            The details of works completed by you are given as below:
                 a) Cement Concrete roads completed as per approved layout.
                 b) Water supply network laid as per approved layout.
                 c) Sewerage network laid as per approved layout. (Individual plot holders to use

                   Septic Tank)
                 d) Open space developed with tree plantation work as per approved layout.

            This certificate is issued on your request for getting further permissions from the
            planning section.
