The Payment Plan is as follows :

   Payment Stage


   (10% of the transaction price) to be paid to the Promoter on or before the execution of
   Agreement


   (30% of the transaction price) after execution of this Agreement to Sate



   (45% of the transaction price) to be paid to the Promoter on comptetion of the Ptinth of the
   buitding or wing in which the said Unit/Ftat/Row House is tocated


   (70% of the transaction price) to be paid to the Promoter on completion of the stabs
   including podiums and stitts of the building or wing in which the said Unit/Flat/Row House is
   tocated


   75% of the transaction price) to be paid to the Promoter on comptetion of the watts of the
   buitding or wing in which the said Unit/Ftat/Row House is located


   (80% of the transaction price) to be paid to the Promoter on comptetion of the externat
   ptaster, stair case, [ift, watts, lobbies up to the ftoor tevet of the said apartment.


   (85% of the transaction price) to be paid to the Promoter on comptetion of the externat
   ptumbing and internaI ptaster, etevation, terrace with water proofing of the buitding or wing
   in which the said Unit/Ftat/Row House is located


   (95% of the transaction price) to be paid to the Promoter on comptetion of the lifts, water
   pumps, etectricat fittings, electro, mechanicaI and environmentat requirements, entrance
   tobby/s, ptinth protection, Sanitary fittings, apprpain and atl other requirements as may be
   described in the Agreement to Sate of the buitding or wing in which the said apartment is
   tocated.


   (Remaining Amount) at the time of handing over of the possession of the Unit/Flat/Row
   House to the Unit/Ftat/Row House Purchaser on or after receipt of occupation certificate or
   comptetion certificate.
