Construction Work of Guru Mayee Apartment Building situated on the plot bearing C.N.
No/CTS No./Survey no./ Final Plot no. 12/15304/17 of Village - Garkheda, Taluka-
Aurangabad, District - Aurangabad PIN 431005 admeasuring 468.22 sq.mts. area being
developed by Anil M. Agraharkar (Engineers & Developers)
       1.    Following technical professionals are appointed by Developer
             1)      Shri Nagesh D. Zolgikar as L.S.! Architect;
             (1)     Shri N.G Karkhane as Structurai Consultant
             (ii)    Shri Nagesh D. Zolgikar as MEP Consullant
              iv)    Shri Sunil V. Girhe as Site Engineer/Supervisor.
       2.    Based on Completion Certificate received from Structural Engineer and Site Supervisor; and
             to the best of my knowledge I hereby certify that Guru Mayee Apartment Building has
             been completed in all aspects and is fit for occupancy for which it has been constructed and
             enlarged. The Building Guru Mayee Apartment is granted Occupancy Certificate
             bearing number 9 191 dated- 10-03-2022 by Aurangabad Corporation.
