real estale project.
1. Our Responsibility:   -
To carry out the work in accordance with lhe development permission and as per the
approved plan a.d submit certificate of supervision of work and to carry out material
testing in-situ or in the authorized laboratory and lo ensure quality of work and

 i. Cem6nt-
,t has been tested for its fineness, soundness, setting time, compressive strength etc.
as per lS code 3535:1986 or as per other relevant |S/85/NBC code, or as per i;dustry
standards and its res!lts are within the pe.missible limits.
ii. Coa6e aggregate -
It has been tested, for deleterious materials, clay lumps, crushing value, impact value as
per lS 243011986 or as per other relevant IS/BS/NBC code or as per industry standards
and its results are wi:hin the permissjble limits.
iii. Bricks/ blocks -
They have been tested for waaer absorptjon, crushing strength etc. as per lS S4S4:1g7g
or as per other .elevant lS/85/NBC code or as per rndustry standards and its results are
within permissible limits.
iv. Concrete/Ready-mix Concrete-
It has been tested for compressive strength for various periods as per 15 456:2000 and
IS 1 199 or as per other relevani IS/BS/NBC codes, as per industry standards and its
results are within permiss:ble limits.
v. Steel for concrete-
It has been tested as per lS 20622011 or as per other relevant IS/BS/NBC code or as
per indusky standards for lensile strength, elongation and gauge length etc. and its
results are wltltin permissible limits.
vi. Testing of Other materials
Other materials like sard, crushed sand, floor tiles, fixtures and {flttings, pipes and
sanitary fittings etc. (List out all items) used in this project conform to.elevant
lS/BS/NBC code or as per standards laid down by the jndustry for a pa(icular material.
2. Workmanship:-

l/ we hereby ce(ify that work has been carried out under our supervision. We further
certify that workmanship and quality is satisfactory and up to the mark and the work has
been acceptable within the permissjble limits of deviatjons as per relevanl code of
practice.
3. Electrical Materials and workmanship:       -
works of ala lhe elect.ical wiring/connections/lift installation/other electrical installations
lrave been carried out under authorizedlregistered electrical etgineer and ils records
has been maintained. The materials used conform to the relevint LS/ B.S/ National
Building codes or as per irdustry standards.
4. Structural engineer:   -
Promoiers has engaged structural engineer Mr. Vikas L,Chaudhary havjng Licenses
no. E '126191 having office no(0240)2328620. cefi no 9822034291
The struclural design of buildings in ihis project has been done under hls supervrsron.
He has checked the soil report before laying pCC for foundation in consullat;on with

consultant. The formwork and concrete mix design has been done as per ls 10262:2009
or as per other relevant codes as applicable. His periodic checks and certificates for
) rAtrrLr r y and SAFt I y have been kept on record.
5. Preservation of records: -
Record of all.tesl results of this project have been properly kept in the prescribed
formats and will be preserved at least up to the defect liability pLriod or for the period
