              L Ar. Manoj Kapurchand Kala, have undertaken assignment as Architect of
              certifying Percentage of Completion of Construction Work of KHATOD
              LANDMARK" Building in Phase-I of the Project, situated on the Plot Survey no.
              22/2 of Division Aurangabad village Shanhnoorwadi District Aurangabad PIN
              431009 admeasuring 2854.47 sq.mts. area being developed by "Khatod Landmark
             (Shriniwas Khatod &Others)
Following technical professionals are appointed by Promoter:

       () M/s ManoiKala &Associatesas Architect.
       (ii) M/s HNS Designer. as Structural Consultant.
       (ii) Shri Vishal Kumawat as Site Supervisor.
Based on Site Inspection, with respect to the building of the aforesaid Real Estate Project, I certify

that as on the date of this certificate, the Percentage of Work done for each of the building of the

Real Estate Project as registered vide MahaRERA Reg. No: P51500020718 is as per Table A
herein below. The percentage of the work executed with respect to each of the major activity of
the building "KHATOD LANDMARK" and Overall Perenjage, of work done with respect to

Building is detailed in the Table B.
