          DECLARATION IN RESPECT OF STATUS OF CONVEYANCE

We have obtained RERA registration of our project ,,Sai paradise - project-B,,,
Plot No.1 & 2, Gut No.31, Situated at Itkheda, Aurangabad at Aurangabad
(M.Corp.) vide Registration No.PS15OOO18753. In this regard presently the
construction of the project is completed, and we have obtained Occupancy
Certificate from Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar Municipal Corporation Vide No.
AMC/NRV/OC/35/17/2023-24 Dated:17/05/2023. For this project we are
following Apartment Ownership Act 1970 and accordingly we have executed
Conveyance Deed for each unit separately along with proportionate share of loan.
Hence, entire land is conveyance in favour of customer and there is no land
remained for conveyance, accordingly the name of the customer is recorded in
Property Registration Card.


Hence we hereby declare that we have executed conveyance for entire land in
favour of customer.
