SUBJECT: Report on Statement of Accounts on project fund utilization and withdrawal by
Avenuegold Landmark LLP of the project titled “SAI PARADISE PROJECT B” for the period from
1-April- 2019 to 31-March-2020 with respect to Maha RERA Regn. Number P51500018753


1. This certificate is issued in accordance with the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and
Development) Act, 2016 read along with the Maharashtra Real Estate (Regulation and
Development)(Registration of Real Estate Projects, Registration of Real Estate Agents, Rates of
Interest and Disclosures on Website) Rules, 2017.
2. I/We have obtained all necessary information and explanation from the Company, during the
course of our audit, which in my/our opinion are necessary for the purpose of this certificate.
3. I/We hereby confirm that I/We have examined the prescribed registers, books and documents, and
the relevant records of Avenuegold Landmark LLP for the period ended 31-March-2020 and hereby
certify that:
i. Avenuegold Landmark LLP have completed 50% of the project titled “SAI PARADISE PROJECT B”
Maha RERA Regn. No. P51500018753 located at Plot No 1 & 2, Gut No 31, Itkheda, Aurangabad
ii. Amount collected during the year i.e. from 1st April 2019 to 31st March 2020 for this project is
Rs.11596000.00 and amounts collected till date i.e. till 31st March 2019 is Rs.16440000.00
iii. Amount withdrawn during the year i.e. from 1st April 2019 to 31st March 2020 for this project is
Rs.11596000.00 and amount withdrawn till date i.e. 31-3-2020is Rs 16440000.00
4. I/We certify that the Avenuegold Landmark LLP has utilized the amounts collected for SAI
PARADISE PROJECT B project only for that project and the withdrawal from the designated bank
account(s) of the said project has been in accordance with the proportion to the percentage of
completion of the project.
