                                  and state as under:
                                 That M/s Ask Ventues P!1. Ltd. have a leeal title to the Plots on which the
                             ,   development ofthe project is proposed ard a legally valid authentication of
                                 tide of suoh Plots along with an authenticated copy of the agreement
                                 between such owners arid promoters fo! development of the real estate
                                 ploject is enclosed herewith.
                             .   That the said Plots are free fiom all encumbrances.
                             .   That the time period within which the prcject shall be completed by
                                 us/promoter is 28/0212020.
                            4. That seventy percent of the amount realized by us/promoter for the real
                                 Fstale project from the allotees- from time to time. shall be deposited in

       competent authorities.
 10. Thai we/promoter have fumished such other documelts as have

       prescribed by the rules and regulations made under the Act'
