we have obtained RERA registration of our project "Laxminarayan Apartment",
Gut No.220/1, Situated at Harsool, Aurangabad at Aurangabad (M'Corp') vide
Registration No.P51500016745. In this regard presently the construction of the
project is completed, and we have obtained occupancy Certificate from
Aurangab,ad Municipal Corporation vide No.AMC/ NRV/ OC/ 235 / 17 / 2019-20
Dated.20/12/2019. For this project we are following Apartment ownership Act
 1g7O and. accordingly we have executed Conveyance Deed for each unit
separately along with proportionate share of loan. llence, entire land is
conveyance in favour of customer and there is no land remained for conveyance,
 accordingly the hame of the customer is recorded in Property Registration Card.


 Hence we hereby declare that we have executed conveyance for entire land in
 favour of customer.
