 SUBJECT:Report on Statement of Accounts on project fund utilization & withdrawal by
         Chadramouli Pinnacle for the period from 01/04/2018 to 31/03/2019        with
         respect to MahaRERA Registration Number P51500016229.

 1. This certificate is issued in accordance with the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation
    and Development) Act,2016 read along with the Maharashtra Real Estate(Regulation and
    Development) (Registration of Real estate Projects, Registration of Real Estate Agents,
    Ratesof interest and Discolsureson Website) Rules2017.

2. We have obtained all the necessaryinformation and explanation from the Firm, during the
   course of our audit, which in our opinion are necessaryfor the purpose of this certificate.

3. We hereby confirm that we have examined on test check basis the books, documents and
   the relevant records of Mis CHANDRAMOULIPINNACLEfor the period 01/04/2018 to
   31/03/2019 and hereby certify (Subject to remarks to the Notes to Certificate) that:

       1.     In respect of percentage of project completed of Chandramouli Pinnacle, .
              Maharera Registration No. P51500016229,located at Plot No. 55,56,57, Gut No
              70, Satara Village, Aurangabad, please refer Note no. "c".

       i1.    Amount collected during the period 01/04/2018 to 31/03/2019          for this Project
              is Rs. NILI- & amount collected till 31/03/2019 is Rs. NILI-.

       iii.   Amount Withdrawn during the period 01/04/2018 to 31/03/2019 for this Project
              is Rs. NILI- & amount withdrawn till the date of 31/03/2019 is Rs.NIL/-.

4. As explained to us, the management has utilized the amounts collected for
   "CHANDRAMOULIPINNACLE"only for that project and the withdrawal from the bank
   account of the said project has been in accordance with the proportion to the percentage
   of completion of the project subject to the remarks as referred in Notes.
      Notes to Annual Report in Form 5 :

     a. The promoter    has get registered its project   under RERA on 25/04/2020   & hence
         this certificate is issued for the period 25/04/2018   to 31/03/2019.

     b. The Promoters have jointly owned land at Plot NO.55,56,57 at Gut No.70, Satara
        Village, Aurangabad -431005. On the said land the promoters have proposed the
        residential flatted Building having two wings viz. Wing A & Wing B consisting of 16
        Nos 2 BHK flats in each wing. The promoters have form AOP for the project and
        get registered under RERAfor these two wings.

     c. With reference to 3 (i) of the Form 5, as per the information provided by the
        management, the project has project yet to be completed.

     d. In respect of Designated Bank Account, the Promoter having Designated RERA
        Account No.16233200000003with Janta Sahkari Bank Ltd as updated on online
        RERAWebsite. However, during the year no booking deposit amount received.

     e. This certificate has issued in accordance with provisions specified in Circular No.
        07/2017 dtd. 04/07/2017

This certificate is being issued for RERAcompliance and is based on the Unaudited books of
account, records and documents as on 31/03/2019 produced before us and explanation
provided to us by the management of the firm.
