SUBJECT: Report on Statement of Accounts on project fund utilization and withdrawal by M/s. Harsiddhi
                 Builders (Project Name: Moraya Park PHASE-ID the period from 01/0412020 to 3110312021
                 with respect to RERA Regn. Number P51500015005.
1.       This certificate is issued in accordance with the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and
         Development) Act, 2016 read along with the Maharashtra State Real Estate (Regulation and
         Development) Rules, 2017.

2.       I/We have obtained all necessary information and explanation from the Promoter, during the course of
         our audit, which in my/our opinion are necessary for the purpose of this certificate.

3.       I/We hereby confirm that I/We have examined the prescribed registers, Books of Accounts and

         documents and the relevant records of IWs. Harsiddhi Builders for the period ended 3 I March 2021 and
         hereby certify that:

         i. M/s.Harsiddhi Builders have completed 100% of the project titled "Moraya Park PHASE-II" having
         RERA Regn.No.P51500015005 dated 3l10312021and located at Gut No. 210/3, Harsul, Aurangabad.
         ii. Amount collected from Allottees during the year ended 3110312021 for this project is Rs. NIL
         (excluding GST) and amounts collected from Allottees from inception of project to till date i.e.,
          3110312021 is Rs.5,47,58,1 80/- (excluding GST).

          iii. Amount withdrawn during the year for this project from Project Bank Account is Rs.NIL and total
          amount withdrawn from inception to till date from Project Bank Account is Rs. 5,70,63,0101-.


4.        I/we certify that, I/We have considered the various professional certificates i.e. Chartered Accountant
          Certificates, Engineer Certificate, Architect Certificates issued from time to time for withdrawal of
          money based on 0/o of completion work.

5.        I/We certify that the M/s. Harsiddhi Builder has utilized the amounts collected for "Moraya Park
          PHASE-II" project only for this project and the withdrawal from the designated bank account(s) of the
          said project has been in accordance with the proportion to the percentage of completion of the project.
