Cost for the subject Real Estate Project proposed to be registered !nder
MahaRERA, beins Pot No.216, 5r.No.23124, N-4, CIDCO, New Aurancabad,
District Maharashtra PIN 431003, admeasuring 662.50 Sq.mtr.area belng
developed by "ADARSH CONSTRUCTION".

Cedificate/Completion Certiflcate, of the Civi, MEP and alled works, of the
Building of the project. Our Estimated cost calc!lations :re based on the
Drawings/plans rnade available to us for the project under refereice by the
Developer and consu tants and the Schedule of items and quantity for the entire
work as calcu ated by Alikhan Pathan quantity Surveyor appointed by Developer,
and the assumption of the cost of materiaj, labour and other inputs made by

03. We estimate Totat Estimated Cost of comptetion of the buitding of

aforcsaid project under reference as Rs. 1,91,00,000/-

estinated Totalcost ofproject is with reference to the civil, MEp aid aIied works
requh€d to be completed for the purpose of obtainins occupancy Certificate
Completion Cedificate for the buitding from the Aurangabad Municip;l
