    Dist. Auran gabad, has been completed by you, as per approved Layout permission.
    The above works are carried out under the supervision of Consulting
                                                                          Engineer Mohammed Ismail.
    The site has been inspected and facts are verified physically, hence certified.
                                                                                    Kindly, note that, the
    responsibility of maintaining these services in good and working condition
                                                                                 rest with you.
    The details of works completed by you are given as below.
       a) Cement Concrete roads completed as per approved layout
       b) Water supply network laid as per approved layout
       c) Sewerage network laid as per approved layout.
       d) Street light network is provided as per approved layout
       e) Open space developed as per approved layout.
