admeasuring Plot Area 11ss.00 Sq.Mts. proposed allowable built up Area 1607.92 sq.

2, Following Technical profedsionals are appointed by Owner/ promoter :-

  iii) Shri Rama Ankushrao Hatadkar as Site Supervisor

3. Based on completion certificate received from Structural Engineer and Site Supervisor;
and to to the best of my /our knowledge liwe hereby certify that ,,SAMARTH HElcHTs,'
Building has been completed in all aspects and is fit for occupancy for which it has been
constructed . The occupancy certicate / completion certificate from local planning
authority( Municipal Corporation ) is not received yet.
