Aurangabad where “VARAD RESIDENCY”, a Real State Project being developed is free from
mortgage loans or any other loans from any Private/Government agencies and also free from any
encroachments. There is no any litigation pending and any claim regarding possession or ownership
title. Hence it is declared that the property is free from any encumbrances.
