SUBJECT:Report on Statement of Accounts on project fund utilization and withdrawal by
        Amrut Developers for the period from 01/04/2018 to 31/03/2019 with respect to
        MahaRERA Regn. Number P51500012339.

 1. This certificate is issued in accordance with the provisions of the Real Estate
    (Regulation and Development) Act,2016 read along with the Maharashtra Real Estate
    (Regulation and Development) (Registration of Real Estate Projects, Registration of Real
    Estate Agents, Rates of interest and Disclosureson Website) Rules 2017.

 2. We have obtained all the necessary information and explanation from the Company,
    during the course of our audit, which in our opinion are necessaryfor the purpose of this
    certificate.

 3. We hereby confirm that we have examined on test check basis the prescribed registers,
    books and documents, and the relevant records of Amrut Developers for the period
    01/04/2018 to 31/03/2019 and hereby certify (Subject to Remarksspecified to the Notes
    to Certificate) that:

      i.     In respect of percentage of project completed of Project - Amrut Sai Jai's
             Ekdant, Maharera Registration No. P51500012339,located at CTSNO.148131 121,
             Pannalal Nagar, Aurangabad, please refer Note no. "e".

      ii.    Amount collected during the period 01/04/2018 to 31/03/2019 for this Project
             is Rs. 4,38,94,6421- & Amount collected till 31/03/2019 is Rs.9,98,01,0001-

      iii.   Amount withdrawn during the period 01/04/2018 to 31/03/2019 for this Project
             is Rs. 4,38,94,6421- & Amount withdrawn till 31/0312019 is Rs.9,98,01,0001-

 4. We certify that the Amrut Developers has utilized the amounts collected for Amrut Sai
    Jai's Ekdant only for that project and the withdrawal from the designated bank account
    of the said project has been in accordance with the proportion to the percentage of
    completion of the project subject to the remarks as referred in Notes.
      Notes to Annual Report in Form 5:

      a. The Report is issued for the period 01/04/2018   to 31/03/2019.

      b. This is ongoing Project. The Promoter has entered joint development agreement
         with the land owner for the construction of Commercial Shops, Showrooms &
         Residential flats at CTS No. 14813, Pannalal Nagar, Aurangabad-431001.

      c.   With reference to 3 (i) of the Form 5, as per the latest certificate issued by the
           Architect in Form 4, the project has been 100% completed. The promoter has
           obtained the Occupancy Certificate No. MCA/TP/416/2017-18         dtd. 01/03/2018.
           Accordingly, Architect Certificate in Form No.4 dtd. 14/03/2018 has been updated
           on MahaRERA Website.

      d.   In respect of Designated Bank Account, the Promoter has disclosed SBI Alc No.
           37068330903 as updated on online MAHARERA Website. The promoter has
           deposited entire amount collected in designated bank account after RERA
           registration in compliance to provisions of the RERAAct.

      e. The total     amount collected & withdrawn from RERA Designated Account till
           31/03/2019 is Rs. 5,59,39,6421- (i.e. During the period 01/08/17 to 31/03/2018,
           Rs. 1,20,45,0001- & Rs. 4,38,94,6421- during the F.Y 2018-19).

      f.   The amount withdrawn      by the promoter is in accordance with        Rule 5 of
           Maharashtra Real Estate (Regulation & Development) Rules 2016.

     g. This certificate has issued in accordance with provisions specified in Circular No.
        07/2017 dtd. 04/07/2017.

This certificate is being issued for RERAcompliance and is based on the Audited books of
account, records and documents as on 31/03/2019 produced before us and explanation
provided to us by the management of the firm.
