SUBJECT:Report on Statement of Accounts on project fund utilization and withdrawal by
        Amrut Developers [Promoter] for the period from 01/04/2017 to 31/0312018
        with respect to MahaRERA Regn. Number P51500012339.

 1. This certificate is issued in accordance with the provisions          of the Real Estate .
    (Regulation and Development) Act,2016.

 2. We have obtained all the necessary information and explanation from the Company,
    during the course of our audit, which in our opinion are necessary for the purpose of
    this certificate.

 3. We hereby confirm that we have examined on test check basis the prescribed
    registers, books and documents, and the relevant records of Amrut Developers for
    the period 01/0812017 to 31/0312018 and hereby certify that:

      1.      In respect of percentage of project completed, please refer Note no. "C".

      Ii,     Amount collected in Separate Bank Alc (State Bank of India A/c No.
              37068330903) during the period 01/08/2017 to 31/0312018 for this Project
              is Rs. 1,20,45,000/- and amount collected from the period 01/08/2017 to
              31/08/2018 is Rs.2,95,39,642/-

      iii.    Amount withdrawn from Separate Bank Alc (State Bank of India Alc No.
              37068330903) during the period 01/0812017 to 31/03/2018 for this Project
              is Rs. 1,20,45,0001- and amount withdrawn from the period 01/0812017 to
              31/08/2018 is Rs.2,95,39,642/-

 4. We certify that the Amrut Developers has utilized the amounts collected for Amrut
    Sai Jai's Ekdant only for that project and the Withdrawal from the designated bank
    account of the said project has been in accordance with the proportion to the
    percentage of completion of the project subject to the remarks as referred in Notes.
       Notes to Certificate:

       a. The amount withdrawn     by the promoter is in accordance with          Rule 5 of
          Maharashtra Real Estate (Regulation & Development) Rules 2016.

       b. With reference to 3 (i) of the Form 5, as per the latest certificate issued by the
          Architect in Form 1, the project has not 100%completed.

      c. The project is on-going which is registered under RERAon 01/09/2017 and
         hence the amount collected and withdrawn from designated bank account has
         been certified for the period 01/08/2017 to 31/08/2018.

      d. The project has obtained the Occupancy Certificate No. MCAITP/416/2017-18
         dtd. 01/0312018.   Accordingly, Architect Certificate in Form No.4 dtd.
         1410312018 has been updated on MahaRERAWebsite.

      e. This certificate has issued in accordance with provisions specified in Circular
         No. 0712017 dtd. 0410712017

This certificate is being issued for RERAcompliance and is based on the Unaudited books
of account, records and documents as on 31/08/2018 produced before us and explanation
provided to us by the management of the firm.
