Sir,

       Myself GAUTAM KACHARDAS SANCHETI have registered with you a Housing Project named Mayur
Residency located at Gut No. 57, Near Zilla Parishad High School, Bhokardan, Jalna, Aurangabad. The
said Project was for 96 Row Houses numbered from Row House No. 01 to 95 and Row House No. 4A.

          My team has not received good demand for such Row Houses in the Project. Due to such low
demand, I had decided to reduce the Row Houses and do Plotting at such place where such Row
Houses has been removed. I had applied at the office of The Municipal Council of Bhokardan, Dist.
Jalna for Cancellation of Row House No. 01 to 63 and Row House No. 4A. Hence, Construction of 64
Row Houses has been cancelled. The revised layout plan after cancellation Row House No. 01 to 63
and Row House No. 4A is uploaded under Layout Plan section. The revised Plan consisting of 9 Plots,
Row House no. 64 to 95 (32 Row Houses), 1 Amenity Plot and Open space is also uploaded under the
Layout Plan section.

          I have not accepted any Bookings for the Row Houses which are cancelled, as such, there is
no effect of this change to any the Customers. The NOC for other units booked in the Project is
enclosed herewith.
