We certify that the Amrut Developers has utilized the amounts collected for "Am rut Sai Kalpvruksha Phase I & ll" only for that project and the withdrawal from the designated bank account of the said project which is in accordance with the proportion to the percentage of completion of the project subject to the remarks as referred in Notes enclosed herewith. Notes to Annual Report in Form 5: a. The Report is issued for the period 01/04/2018 to 31/03/2019. b. This is on-going project. The Promoter has entered into the Joint Development Agreement with the Land Owner having owned Plot No.65,66,67,68,69,70 & 71 at Gut No.111, 112, Tisgaon, Waluj, Aurangabad - 431102. The project named as "Am rut Sai Kalpvruksha" having 3 phases. However, Phase III had already been completed before 31/07/2017 as per Occupancy Certificate No. CIDCII ATPOI AUR(WLJ)/2017 IOCl19 dated 20107/2017. Therefore, the Promoter has registered Phase I & Phase II as ongoing project on 19/08/2017. c. With reference to 3 (i) of the Form 5, project has been 100%completed as per the Form 04 for Phase I and Phase II dated 14/03/2018 & 20107/2018 respectively duly certified by the Architect.
