        Amrut Developers for the period from 01/04/2017 to 31/0312018 with respect
        to MahaRERARegn. Number P51500008665.


1• This certificate
                 is issued in accordance with the provisions of the Estate (Regulation
   and Development) Act, 2016

2_ We have obtained all the necessary information and explanation from the firm, during
   the course of our audit, which in our opinion are necessary for the purpose of this
   certificate.

3. We hereby confirm that we have examined on test check basisthe prescribed registers,
   books and documents, and the relevant records of Amrut Developers for the period
   01/08/2017 to 31/03/2018 and hereby certify that:

      1.      In respect of percentage of project completed, please refer Note no. "C".

      ii.     Amount Collected in Separate Bank Alc (State Bank of India A/c
              No.37068330266) during the period 01/08/2017 to 31/03/2018 for this
              Project is Rs. 2,32,14,7241- and amount collected from the period
              01108/2017 to 31/08/2018 is Rs.2,96,14,724/-

      iii.    Amount Withdrawn from Separate Bank A/c (State Bank of India A/c
              No.37068330266) during the period 01/0812017 to 31/03/2018 for this
              Project is Rs. 2,32,14,7241- and amount withdrawn from the period
              01/0812017 to 31/0812018 is Rs.~,96,14,724/-.

   4. We certify that the Amrut Developers has utilized the amounts collected for
      "Amrut Sai Kalpvruksha PhaseI 6: 11" only for that project and the withdrawal from
      the designated bank account of the said project which is in accordance with the
      proportion to the percentage of completion of the project subject to the remarks
      as referred in Notes.
Notes to Certificate:

       a. The amount withdrawn     by the promoter is in accordance with                       Rule 5 of
          Maharashtra Real Estate (Regulation & Development) Rules 2016.

       b. With reference to 3 (i) of the Form 5, project has been 100%completed as per
          the Form 04 ,for Phase I and Phase" dated 14/03/2018          & 20/07/2018
          respectively duly certified by the Architect. Also, the Occupancy Certificate
          has been obtained from the CIDCO.The details of the Occupancy Certificate is

This certificate is being issued for RERAcompliance and is based on the Unaudited books
of account, records and documents as on 31108/2018 produced before us and explanation
given by the management of firm.
