               DECLARATION IN RESPECT OF STATUS OF CONVEYANCE

        We have obtained RERA registration of our project "Sakshi Varadvinayak -
        Phase-II", Plot No.6, 7 and 8, Gut No.26/3, Situated at Himayat Nagar,
        Aurangabad at Aurangabad (M.Corp.) vide Registration No.P51500006213. In this
        regard presently the construction of the project is completed, and we have
        obtained Occupancy Certificate .from Aurangabad Municipal Corporation Vide
        No.AMC/NRV/OC/1,22/17/2018-1,9 Dated 13/06/2018. For this project we are
        following Apartment Ownership Act 1970 and accordingly we have executed
        Conveyance Deed for each unit separately along with proportionate share of loan.
        Hence, entire land is conveyance in favour of customer and there is no land
        remained for conveyance, accordingly the name of the customer is recorded in
        Property Registration Card.


        Hence we hereby declare that we have executed conveyance for entire land in
        favour of customer.

        Hence this Declaration.
