I   4.     That seventy per cent of the amounts realised by me/promoter for
           the real estate project from the allotees,from time to time, shall be
           depositedin a separateamountto be maintainedin a scheduledbank
           to cover the cost of constructionand the land cost and shall be used
           only for that PurPose.
    tr     That the amountsfrom the separateaccount,to cover the cost of the
           project, shall be withdrawn in proportion to the percentage of
           completionof the Project.
           That the amountsfrom the separateaccountshallbe withdrawn after
           it is certifiedby an engineer,an architect and a charteredaccountant
            in practicethat the withdrawal is in proportion to the percentageof
            completionof the Project.
    7.      That promoter shall get the accountsaudited within six months after
            the end of every financialyear by a charteredaccountantin practice,
            and shall produce a statementof accountsduly certified and signed
            by such charteredaccountantand it shall be verified during the audit
            that the amountscollectedfor a particular project have been utilised
            for the project and the withdrawal has been in compliancewith the
             proportion to the percentageof completionofthe project.
    8.       That promoter shall take all the pending approvalsin time, from the
           competentauthorities.
    9.     That promoter have /has furnished such other documentsas have
           beenprescribedby the rules and regulationsmadeunder the Act'
     10.   That promoter shall not discriminateagainstany allottee at the time
           of allotmentof any aPartment.
