2. Following technical professionals are appointed by Owner / Promoter :-

       i)     Mr. J. B. & Associate as L,S. Architect

       ii)    Mr. Sagar Goge as Structural Consultant.

3. Based on Completion Certificate received from StructuralEngineer and Site Supervisor; and to the best of my/our

knowledge I/We hereby certifi that S S Park Phase 2 Wings A, B and Row house wing has been completed in all

aspects and is fit for occupancy for which it has been erected / re-erected / constructed and enlarged. The S S Park

Phase I Building already occupied before commencement of RERA i.e. Since DEC 2016.
