l,the undersigned , do hereby declare that , I am the owner and in possession of

Arcade " in Silver Park Project , on Plot no 01 and 02 , Gut no 5211 , Wadgaon,
Kholhati, CIDCO , Waluj , Aurangabad with the freehold rights of the land
thereto and competent to handover the possession of the property. I have
already executed the title documents of the said property in favour of the person
now taking possession from me pursuant to the same. I have transferred my

since received full payment towards the transfer of above Shop/ Flat No _-,
