                     Subject:- Report on Statement of Accounts on Project Fund Utilization &withdrawal by
                                  ECON Developers for the period from 01-04-2023 to 31-03-2024 with respect
                                  to MahaRERA Regn. Number - PS1500005733.

             1. This certificate is issued in accordance with the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation
                and Development) Act, 2016.
             2. I have obtained all necessary information and explanation from the firm, during
                 the course of our audit, which in my opinion are necessary for the purpose of this
                   certificate.
             3.      Ihereby confirm that Ihave examined the prescribed registers, books and
                      documents, and the relevant records of M/s Econ Developers for the ended
                      31 March, 2024 and hereby certify that:
                   i)      M/s Econ Developers have completed 33% of the project titled Shivar.
                            MahaRERA Regn. No P51500005733 located at, "Gat No 240 at Apatgaon,
                           Aurangabad, Aurangabad - 431007.
                   i)      Amount collected during the year for the project is Rs 12,00,000.00 & amount
                           collected till 31-03-2024 is Rs 7,16,00,776.00.
                   iii)    Amount withdrawn during the year for the project is Rs 3,24,172.00 and total
                           amount withdrawn till 31-03-2024 is Rs 6,55,09,885.00.
             4.     Icertify that M/s Econ Developers has utilized the amount collected for *Shivar" project
                   only, and the withdrawal from the designated bank accounts & other bank accounts of the
                   said project has been in accordance with the proportion to the percentage of completion of
                   the project.
