Act, 2OL6 read along with the Maharashtra Real Estate (Regulation and Development)( Registration of
Real Estate Projects, Registration of Real Estate Agents, Rates of Interest and Disclosures on Website)
Rules, 2017.

2. I have obtained all the necessary information and explanation from thb Entity, during the courSe of
our audit, which in my opinion are necessary for the purpose of this certificate.

3. I hereby confirm that I have examined the prescribed registers, books and documents, and the
relevant records of M/s Akshay Builders & Developers for the period ended 31.03.2019 and hereby
certify that:

i. M/S AKSHAY BUTLDERS & DEVELOPERS have completed 80% of the project titled SAMARTH
RESIDENCE Regn. No. P515OOOO5674 located at GUT No L43/L, L43/2, Shendra, Kamanagar,
Aurangabad

ii. Amount collected during F.Y. 2018-19 for this project is NIL and amount collected till date is Rs.
22,67,375/- (Rs22,67,3L5/- received in F'Y. 2017-18)'

iii. Amount withdrawn during F.Y. 2018-19 for this project is Rs. L5,42,315/- and amount withdrawn till
date is Rs.22,67,3!5/- (Rs 7,25,000 withdrawn in F'Y 2017-18)

4. I certify that the AKsHAy BUTLDERS & DEVELOPERS has utilized the amounts for 'samarth Residence'
project only. The withdrawal from the designated bank account(s) of the said project is 100%, while the
percentage of completion of the project is 80%. The amount withdrawn in excess of eligible Amount is
Rs 4,53,463/-
