 1. This certificate is issued in accordance
                                               with the provisions of the Real Estate
 2016 read along with the Maharashtra Real                                            (Regulation and Development) Act,
                                                    Estate (Regulation and Development) (Registration of Real Estate
 Projects, Registration of Real Estate Agents, Rates of Interest and Disclosures on Website) Rules, 2017.
 2. IWe have obtained all
                           necessary information and explanation from the Company, during our audit, which in
 my/our opinion are necessary for the pupose of this certificate.

 3. We hereby confirm that IWe have examined the
                                        prescribed registers, books and documents, and the relevant
records of KAILASH NAMDEO KABADE for the period ended 31-March-2019 and hereby certify that:

i KAILASH NAMDEO KABADE have completed 100% of the project titled "SAIBAN" Maha RERA
Regn No. P51500001609 located at Plot No. 2 To 6,8 To 11,13 To 23, Gut No 68 P, Wadgaon Kolhati (CT),
Aurangabad
i. Amount collected during theyear i.e., from 1 April-2018 to 31 March-2019for this project is Rs. 1,69,29,784.00
and amounts collected till date i.e., 31-3-2019 is Rs4,12,53,1 84.00

ii. Amount withdrawn during the year i.e, from 1                 Apil-2018 to 31st March-2019 for this project is
Rs.1,84,47,086/- and amount withdrawntill date i.e., 31-3-2019 is Rs.4,11,46,432/-

4. IWe certify that the KAILASH NAMDEO KABADE has utilized the amounts collected for SAIBAN project
only for that project and the withdrawal from the designated bank account(s) of the said project has been in
accordance with the proportion to the percentage of completion of the project.
Note The above projected was completed as per Engineer Certificate in Dec 2018 & the same was intimated to
