1) I say and declare ttrat as prornoter have applied for registration
     of the real estate project Rukhmini Heights with MahaRERA
     vide application dated 09 /04 / 2025.
2)   I say and declare that the application for registration of the
     real estate project named Rukhrnini Heights is to be
     undertaken on land bearing, crs No. 11497 /1,49 to rL49T /1,sL
   survey No. 131(P), Plot No. 1 to 3, situated at Bhokardan Road,
   Jalna, Maharashtra admeasuring 3675.00 Sq Mtrs hereinafter
   referred to as the "Project land".
3) I say, declare and undertake that as on the date of submission
   of rny/our application dated 09/o4/2o2s for registration of
   tkre real estate project, Rukhmini Heights there is/are no
   subsisting pending application subrnitted to MahaRera for
   registration to MahaRera for registration of real estate
   project(s) by whatever narrre called to be undertaken on the
   project land / part thereof or there is / are no real estate
   project(s) by whatever name called, registered with MahaRera
   being executed on the project land / part thereof.
4) I solemnly state, declare and undertake that the contents of this
